Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Nutrition Scan account and associated cloud data.

Delete inside the app

Open Nutrition Scan, go to Settings, choose Delete account, review the warning, and confirm Delete permanently.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the Google account used with Nutrition Scan. Include the words "Delete Nutrition Scan account" and do not send passwords, payment card information, or identity documents.

What is deleted

We delete your Nutrition Scan authentication account, cloud profile, cloud backup, uploaded food images, AI usage records, and hashed purchase linkage. Local app data can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play subscriptions.
